A very interesting book came to my attention last week.

As a manufacturing partner, we collaborate with numerous European hardware startups and young inventors, supporting them in medium to large volume production. Along this journey, we encounter various challenges and valuable lessons together, particularly during the ramp-up phase.

The question constantly arises:
Can a hardware startup be lean? Is it possible to develop a comprehensive methodology right from the start to mitigate these teething problems?

In my opinion, each hardware startup is a unique case and project, therefore, it is difficult to standardize processes. However, I believe this book is excellent guide, offering a comprehensive overview and practical tools to effectively plan and execute the development of a hardware startup.
